COTTAGE

Students were challenged to design a residential space within eight hundred square feet. The program included a basement floor, a full kitchen, one full bath, one bedroom, living area, dining, and a porch to one side. Circulation was heavily emphasized. The roof must be gabled but vaulted ceilings were optional. This building also implemented footings and underground structure.
