In an optional studio, Time Based Media, students were given an assignment to each select an existing perspective of their choice. With our perspective image, we were to replicate the image in computer software, 3DS MAX. This assignment taught us the most from 3DS MAX. I created the forms of every object and surface from a series of points and 3d forms. I also was responsible for assigning materials to the objects that closely represented the original image. I chose this perspective because I liked the style of the furniture and accessories and I knew the variety of textures and finishes would challenge me.
